Author Denise Carlini

Denise L. Carlini

From her earliest days as a licensed psychotherapist, Denise would often hear female clients say they felt utterly alone while considering whether or not they wanted to become a mother. She came to realize this feeling was actually quite widespread, and it inspired her to create with her colleague and co-author of this book the Motherhood-Is it for me?™ program. This book makes the women's program available to a wider audience now and in the future. While she no longer works as a psychotherapist, she and her partner live with foster dogs, preparing them for their eventual forever homes. She is grateful to help empower women to make this oh-so-important choice.
